Path of Giants || Beholder

In the spirit of Halloween I am releasing this spooky piece for melodic death metal project Path of Giants. The story this cover depicts is dark and gloomy. The figure is a prince cursed to eternal damnation by the tongues of pagan witches. Enchanted to wander into a lonely wood, he was ensnared by a witchtree and slowly consumed by it's blackened roots. Really like how the mood of this piece turned out. Think I was able to capture that gloomy and haunted look the band is trying to portray. I also designed the logo, which is by far my favorite to date.
